Laminated
Woods
All laminated woods are
1/16" birch veneers, individually dyed, then pressure bonded with a glue
and a technology that is stronger, more dense and much more stable than the wood
itself. Laminated wood stocks are excellent for use where precise accuracy
is demanded, or where climatic conditions are extreme.

Black (Claro) Walnut or Quilted (Curly) Maple
Standard ($99)
Factory quality - This is a good, sound, plain piece of walnut/maple with reasonable grain flow throughout the stock. Occasionally a very slight natural defect may appear, and when necessary is filled. (These are NOT factory seconds). This grade will provide you with a good, serviceable stock.
Select
($109 Best Value)
A selected piece of
plain dark walnut with excellent grain flow through the entire stock and no
defects or light wood. Occasionally some slight figure may appear.
Semi-Fancy
($134)
This grade will contain character in either figure or color.
Fancy
($169)
Our most popular grade. Has good figure, color, or both; and will finish
up into a beautiful stock. A good buy.
Extra
Fancy ($210)
These stocks are very fancy and have good color and figure throughout most of
the stock. This grade will finish into an exceptionally fine stock.
These stocks are for the individual who wants a show piece at a better price.
