How do I return a rental? Each rental order is shipped with an enclosed box with a prepaid return label that includes insurance and tracking.  If you lose the box, please contact us so we can email you a replacement.  If you choose to use your own box and label, then you are responsible for postage, insurance and delivery confirmation.  Please contact customer service at (800) 996-0426 if you have any questions.
